01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the basa.8 platform at basa8.today, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and basa.8. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus rules apply on basa.8:

06 Betting Rules

All bets placed on basa.8 are subject to the specific rules of the game or market in question. General betting rules that apply across the platform are as follows:

• The minimum bet on basa.8 is ৳50. Maximum bet limits vary by game, market, and account tier.
• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the basa.8 system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on basa.8. Engaging in any of these activities will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on basa.8, whether under your own name or another identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with the basa.8 platform in a way not intended for human players.

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

basa.8 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• At the player's own request, including self-exclusion requests.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. If your account is closed for any other reason — including inactivity or at your own request — your remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method after any applicable verification checks.
